My research under the supervision of Prof. Nil Özçağlar-Toulouse focuses on sensory disability.

Although disabled consumers are mainly studied through the lens of stigma, this research aims to deepen our understanding of the subjective and experiential aspects of their consumption.

As such, this research challenges disabled consumers’ vulnerability and aspires to go beyond the accessibility issues of the marketplace.
